Double room available from mid November. Available until August 2026 (might be possible to extend can share more info over message/ viewings) Great location near central line and district and Hammersmith. Victoria park is just a 15 mins walk and there’s a lovely little park a stones throw away.

The house
Bills come to about £45 pp a month that’s including a cleaner once a week. Theres a separate living room, bathroom, and additional toilet.

The roommates
You’ll be sharing with Milly, Sophie, Anya and Hannah (a couple who share one of the rooms)

Anya, 29 is the longest housemate and has loved the past 3 and a bit years here, works for a university and in her spare time does community activism and watches trash tv.

Hannah, 30 is Anya’s partner, a civil servant, enjoys cooking and baking and hosting dinner parties.

Milly (24) is Hannah’s sister, is in teaching training and is an aspiring writer.

Sophie (27) is another civil servant, loves art and craft projects and hosting.

We’re a sociable household and will often often hang out watching tv but we also have independent social lives and enjoy our alone time!

Finally, we are fostering three very cute kittens and will likely have them till Feb 2026. So any prospective flatmate needs to be a cat lover or at least tolerant of them!
