Tucked away off the main roads, this beautiful flat is only a 5 minute walk from Victoria Park and a 5 minute walk to Bethnal Green Station. There are multiple bus routes within a 5 minute walk in addition to excellent neighborhood pubs (s/o the Camel and the Approach Tavern), grocery stores, and markets.

The flat has an amazing, large private garden with lovely patio furniture included. Newly renovated as of March 2025, it includes updated kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, fresh flooring, and paint. The flat also includes a large shared living room, storage closet, access to bike storage, and laundry closet.

The available room is quiet, tucked away into a corner of the flat furthest from the entrance. Painted pale blue, the room catches the golden hour rays in the late afternoon and evening. It has a large, deep closet for the open concept wardrobe of your styling dreams.

The room comes furnished with the bed and rug. All other furniture, mirrors, closet hangers, and storage bins seen in pictures do not come with the room but can be left for the new tenant subject to cash offer.

The two remaining flatmates are a couple of the best gals in London: professional women in their early 30s with hybrid, 9-5 jobs. These two love plants, biking, are excellent cooks and adventurous travelers. They have vibrant social lives and are interested in someone who strikes a balance between sociable and respectful of privacy. Interested renters should be clean, responsible, easy-going and must be queer-friendly.
