Unfurnished bedroom (except side tables). Easily fits a double bed and desk and gets lots of natural light.
The house:
Two storey brick terrace house with 3 bedrooms, a big living / dining, kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms and another separate toilet. It also has a small outdoor area which is nice in summer. Central heating throughout.
The housemates:
Daniel and Claire (a couple) and Gemma and Gordon (a couple) all in their early 30s and working in professional jobs. We're social in the house and like to have an occasional dinner or drinks together. We've all lived in sharehouses forever so also super respectful of each others privacy etc.
The location:
Absolutely 10/10 location on a quiet street opposite a park. 5 min walk to Bethnal Green tube, 5 mins to the Bethnal Green overground, 15 mins to Whitechapel station & Shoreditch overground, 10 mins to Columbia Road Flower Market and 20 mins to London Fields and Viccy Park. 1 min walk from a big Tesco and lots of great fruit and veg shops.
Bills not included - about £110-150 pm depending on whether the heating is in use.
