SHORT-TERM SUBLET IN BETHNAL GREEN (5th or 12th Dec - 15th Jan) flexible dates!

I’m having ankle surgery soon and will be moving in with my mum while I recover - which means my lovely room in London will be available for sublet while I’m away. The landlord is aware of this.

💰 Rent: £900 per month (bills included)
📍 Location: Just off Bethnal Green

(3 mins to Brick Lane, 5 mins to Columbia Road Flower Market, 8 mins to Shoreditch High Street Overground, 14 mins to Bethnal Green Underground)

🏡 The flat/room:

A calm and cosy 2-bedroom on the 2nd floor (no lift). It has:1 bathroom + separate toilet, spacious kitchen, bright living/dining area.

The room comes furnished with a comfy bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of draws (and I’m happy to clear out as many things as reasonably possible). You can also use my bike if you’d like 🚲

👯‍♀️ You’ll be sharing with:
A 29-year-old who works in mental health – quiet and keeps to herself.
