Spacious Room in Canal-Side 3-Bed House

We’ve got a big double room with ensuite coming up in our spacious 3-bed house right by the canal and Victoria Park.

The place has a large open-plan living area, desk space downstairs if you ever need to work from home, and a massive balcony overlooking the canal and park- great for morning coffee or evening beers. There’s also off-street parking and space for bikes.

You’ll be sharing with two 29-year-old professionals (one English, one Australian). We’re both into sports, music and socialising, but with busy jobs and travel plans, the house stays pretty chilled and tidy. There’s even a piano if you fancy a play!

It’s a repost- my brother’s been subletting the room for the past month while we found the right person long term. The room originally came free after our housemate moved in with her boyfriend.

Location’s great: right next to Victoria Park, with loads of nice pubs and cafes nearby (The Palm Tree, The Camel, Coffee Room). About a 15-min walk to Mile End or Bethnal Green stations for the Central, District and H&C lines.

Rent is 1200+ bills which average 200 a month.
