Looking for a lovely new housemate to join our 4 bedroom home ✨

Our current housemate will be moving out on the 1st of January, leaving a spare double room available in the heart of Bethnal Green!

🤸🏾‍♀️ The house is 350m from Bethnal Green Underground Station. 5 minute walk from Victoria Park. Stones throw away from the vibey Camel Pub which serves great pies. Quiet, safe street with lovely neighbours. Mature garden to the rear of house perfect for BBQs (currently needs some tlc but we’re getting there)

🏡 We’ve got a washer and dryer (!!), a shared living room and kitchen space where we enjoy hanging out, host dinner parties, cook together and watch shows/movies on the projector.
Looking for someone who is also interested in this relaxed, social vibe while also having their own space to chill out of course (if you have a microwave that’s a hugeee bonus)! We like to go out to the pub together and do things together some weekends so someone who is open to becoming part of the house community (and a friend) is preferred :)

The room comes furnished, it’s on the 1st floor and the bathroom is shared with 1 other housemate (there are 2 bathrooms in the house).

💸 Excluding bills, which usually come to ~£50-100. The deposit is £971, the same for all housemates. Council tax £175 for the house (House is in tax bracket E)
