Huge master bedroom in 2 bed flat in bethnal green

Hi all,

I am looking for a flatmate to move into my top floor flat in Bethnal Green. The room comes with its own small outdoor area and the location is honestly the best I have lived in while in London. It is close to everything (nice shops, restaurants cafes and bars, big tesco 4 minutes away, 7 minutes from the tube) but still feels quiet and calm.

This is the biggest room in the house, total rent is £2500 but I am paying more to cover my use of the office room, although I am open to talking about how that space is used so it works well for both of us. I'm also open to moving to the bigger room, and you could have the smaller room for £1100, or if you'd like the office/to share it we can negotiate a reasonable price for that, pretty flexible especially for the right person :)

If you also work from home theres plenty of room to set up a desk in the bedroom or if you prefer a seperate space theres plenty of room for a workstation downstairs in the living room as well

You would be living with me. I am Jacob, a software engineer who works from home during the day, and am often out performing comedy at night. I am hoping to find someone who is also ready to move on from the usual share house churn and settle into a place that feels like a real home.

The flat is huge for just 2 people, with a decent size kitchen, massive living room, and 2 bathrooms, as well as the 2 bedrooms and study, split over 2 floors. plenty of space to entertain or use however we want.

Open to couples, room would be £1300 for a couple
