Room available from 1st Jan but you can move in earlier free of charge.

Jan rent will be cheaper as new contract (advertised monthly rent) starts from 1st Feb.

The room will only have a rug, a bedside table and a mattress; there’s a built in wardrobe.

We all have our private lives and friends, but like hanging out sometimes so we’d prefer open minded people, happy to visit the local pub (The Approach Tavern), go to the movies, etc.

We’ve been renting the flat for 5 years, and we’d like to keep the landlord happy, so we’d love someone clean, tidy and grounded.

References and checks:

- the incoming tenant should earn a minimum salary of £27k per year
- will require proof of address and proof of income
