Double room with own bathroom - female only

Looking for someone to take over my room in a bright, top-floor split-level flat between Shoreditch, Bethnal Green and Columbia Road. The flat is spacious, full of natural light and has a relaxed, friendly vibe.

The room and flat:
• Double bedroom
• Private bathroom downstairs
• Split over two floors for extra space and privacy
• Large open-plan living area
• Fully furnished shared spaces

Ideal housemate:
Female only. Sociable and friendly, happy to chat after work or share the odd dinner/drink, but also independent. Must be clean, tidy and respectful.

Move-in date:
End of January, ideally just before the 25th, but flexible.

Rent and bills:
Bills are around £200–£250 each per month.
The deposit is £1442 (the total rent for the flat split by 2 - Spareroom doesn’t allow me to input this number)
You’ll need to undergo check via the agency and there will be some admin fees to add you to the tenancy
