£629 fully furnished double room in bethnal green

Hi! I’m moving out of this flat so I can live closer to my brother. It’s right behind tesco in bethnal green, with plenty of shops along bethnal green road.

The room is cheap as it’s technically a “shared room” under a dual tenancy, but it’s two separate rooms which the agent advertised as 1.

a little confusing, but you are not sharing a room with someone else!! your rooms are
just wall-to-wall.

it comes with two chairs, a desk, two big wardrobes, and a double bed.

there are 1.5 bathrooms, and you would be sharing this with 4 people.

the kitchen comes with a washing machine, microwave, fridge, etc and you would have a lot of space for your stuff as you’d be moving into my space.

the other 4 tenants are lovely.

starting with josh, he’s a 22 y/o barista who loves cooking (and he’s damn good at it too, seriously). he’s the other half of this “shared
room.” whilst friendly and talkative, he never causes a disturbance late at night or early in the morning.

Basam and Nadya are ~30 and live downstairs in the converted living room. they’re two Bulgarians who are very friendly and laidback.

I can’t say much about the new tenant, Daniel(?). he’s just moved in and i haven’t seen much of him as i’ve been working, but my experience in the flat has been largely the same before and since he has moved in.

passport / right to rent required
job reference and 3 months (preferably) of payslips required
