Only 10 minutes walk from Bethnal Green (Central Line), it’s perfectly located for easy East London living. You’ll be sharing with two lovely CSM graphic design students (21–22). The house has great natural light throughout, with a bay-window living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a clean shared bathroom. The room itself has a beautiful window and a warm, homey feel. Ideal for someone who wants a calm, creative space. It’s £1033 a month plus £1040 deposit. Council tax (band C) and bills not included but bills around £70 a month. Moving out as moving in with my partner otherwise would definitely be staying as it is a gorgeous flat! :))
