Cosy double room in Bethnal Green with big balcony

Hiya!

I am moving out of my lovely flat in Bethnal Green and am looking for someone to replace me from the 11th January.

It's £1,200 a month plus bills which are roughly £165.

The flat is in an ideal location, about a 10 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube (Central line) which is one stop into Liverpool Street so great if you work in the city. It's a 5 minute walk to Victoria Park, Regents Canal and Broadway Markey which has made it such a great place to live. It also has a huge balcony and is off the main road on a quiet side street.

The room is super cosy. It comes unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe with a mirror (see pics) and the landlord has said they could potentially make it furnished if necessary.

The deposit is £1,442.31 - it's slightly more than 5 weeks rent as the flat's overall price is £2,500 per month but this is the smaller room so the rent isn't split 50/50.

My current flatmate is also moving out at the end of January so will be looking for a replacement for her room too.
