I have moved out of my room in my lovely flat in Bethnal Green it is available anytime from now.
It's £1,200 a month plus bills which are roughly £165.
The flat is in an ideal location, about a 10 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube (Central line) which is one stop into Liverpool Street so great if you work in the city. It's a 5 minute walk to Victoria Park, Regents Canal and Broadway Market which has made it such a great place to live. It also has a huge balcony and is off the main road on a quiet side street.
The room is super cosy. It can come furnished with a bed and mattress or unfurnished and has a built in wardrobe with a mirror (see pics).
The deposit is £1,442.31 - it's slightly more than 5 weeks rent as the flat's overall price is £2,500 per month but this is the smaller room so we haven't been splitting the rent 50/50.
