We are a warm and friendly home looking for a professional person in their late-20s to mid-30s (preferably) to join us in Bethnal Green. Our flat is great, it has everything you need, has a spacious, chilled atmosphere, and it's a decent rent for the area.

Located 7 min walk from Bethnal Green tube station (on the Central line in Zone 2). We are also 5 mins walk from Victoria Park and Regents Canal and in close proximity to Broadway Market and Columbia Road Flower Market. There are lots of nice restaurants and bars and shops nearby.

We are a 2nd floor flat in a quiet area, with a comfy living room/kitchen, separate toilet and separate bathroom, as well as a utility room. The room is north-facing so bright in the afternoon and evening, and the communal kitchen/living room is exceptionally bright during the day. The large room includes a double bed, wardrobe and either a chest of drawers or a desk.

The current flatmates are sociable, friendly, professional working hybrid, and seeking someone similar. You'll share the flat with one woman, one man and a non binary person.
