We’re looking for a third mate to join our lovely flat with an amazing view over the city 🌃 (especially at night!)

The room is bright with a great city view and a 5-minute walk to Bethnal Green station (Central line), or 10-minute walk to Stepney Green station (District and Hammersmith & City lines).

About the area ⊹₊⟡⋆
It's located in the E2 area, steps away from Victoria Park, the Regents Canal and Broadway Market, Columbia Road and Brick Lane.

About the room ⊹₊⟡⋆
The room has massive windows, which means lots of natural sunlight and comes furnished with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe, as the pictures show.

Bills fall around £150 per person, per month (including ALL electricity, water, wifi and council tax - which is band C).

Move in date is the 1st of Feb, but can be flexible to be sooner.
Deposit is £900 (4 weeks’ rent).

The flat comes with a washing machine, a full-size fridge freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. The atmosphere is social but respectful — so, perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of both lively nights and relaxed, quiet evenings.

The building itself is cleaned daily and there is a co-op downstairs, which often comes in handy.

We’re two flatmates, both filmmakers, who enjoy going out at night (think nights like Fold), hosting the occasional pre-drinks or dinners, but also value chilled, quiet nights at home.

About you ⊹₊⟡⋆
We're ideally looking for a young creative, who is open-minded (LGBTQ+ friendly — no terfs, swerfs or racists), clean and enjoys living in a sociable flat where people are around, but also values downtime.
