Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to move into a lovely, spacious flat in Bethnal Green.
You will be living with just one other person. The flat is a 5-minute walk from Bethnal Green tube station (Central Line) and is in a nice, clean building on the 6th floor with a lift. There’s also a supermarket downstairs which is really convenient.
It’s in an amazing location about a 15-minute walk to Brick Lane and Shoreditch, and only 5 minutes on the tube to Liverpool Street.
The flat has a massive hallway, a separate living room, separate kitchen and separate bathroom, so it feels really open and comfortable.
The room available is a furnished double room, available from 2nd February.
Rent is £1,090 per month.
Deposit is £1,090 (4 weeks’ rent).
Lease length is 12 months.
Bills not included.
You’d be sharing with me I’m 28, friendly and easy-going and I’m looking for someone around a similar age who’s tidy and relaxed to live with.
