Large double bedroom in a four-bed house, shared with three lovely guys. The room is a great size and gets good natural light, with plenty of space to make it your own. There’s a shared open-plan living room and kitchen with modern appliances, plus a balcony off the living area that’s great in warmer months. The bathroom is only shared with one other person.

The rent is incredibly reasonable for what you’re getting particularly in this location. Bills generally are about £90/£100 on top of that including council tax.

The location is a real highlight. Victoria Park is less than a 10-minute walk away, and there are three stations nearby: Bethnal Green (Central line) is about a 10-minute walk, while Stepney Green and Mile End (District and Hammersmith & City lines) are both under 15 minutes.
It’s a relaxed, well-looked-after house.

The landlord is friendly, easy to deal with, and always quick to respond by email if anything comes up, without ever being intrusive. There’s also a great handyman who’s on hand and sorts things out quickly when needed.
