This is a short let, ideal for someone moving to the city and needing a place to stay while they find something else long term.
The flat is located in a very nice and green area, out of the main road, so very quiet, and has a park at the front, and a smaller green area at the back, and has just been renovated.
Bedrooms have a black wood flooring, double bed (with a recently purchased mattress), a small wardrobe, desk and chair.
Windows are big, and make the rooms pretty bright, although there are also blinds if you need darkness to sleep.
The flat has double-glazed windows and is very quiet, with no noisy neighbour above, as it's on the last floor.
The flat spans over 2 floors, has a large kitchen (with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, electric cooker, brand new oven, and other appliances etc.), a very large dining room / living room, a balcony, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The flat is newly refurbished, with new furniture and a colourful decor mixed with white walls.
There is a fast fibre internet connection.
The building also has a communal garden, which is a nice and quiet area to spend time when it's sunny.
We are looking for someone who will need renting a flat temporarly on a short let term, has a good cleaning standard, and can be respectful and caring, while also up for a chat.
NO smoking indoors (but you can smoke on the balcony).
Unfortunately No Council Tax Discount for Students.
The rent is £1000/1200 (depnding on the room) per month; 1 month deposit (£1000) is required when securing the room, and 1 month in advance (£1000/1200) is required when entering the place.
The deposit will be returned once you move out, if the place has been left clean and there is no damage.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the rent (water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast fibre internet), and a fair use applies to the bills.
The flat is located in an extremely well-connected spot, with buses 8 / N8, and D6 stopping just next to the building.
Only 8 minutes walk to Bethnal Green tube station (Central Line), 10 minutes walk to Stepney Green tube station (District and Hammersmith and City Line) 12 minutes to Cambridge Heath train station (Overground and mainland rail), and 18 minutes to Whitechapel (District and Elizabeth Line).
The area has a very nice vibe, there are quite a few shop within a couple minute walk, and about 10 minutes walk to Victoria park.
The canal is only 3 minutes walk, and nearby you can also find a climbing wall and a Sauna.
