Hello everyone! We have a double bedroom and separate office space soon to be available in our bright and very spacious plant filled flat next to Regent's Canal in Cambridge Heath/Bethnal Green. Viewings will commence January for a mid February move in date. Due to busy schedules there may be a delay in us replying, please bear with us :)
3 minutes walk to Cambridge Heath overground station
4 minutes walk to Broadway Market
7 minutes walk to Victoria Park
8 minutes walk to London Fields
9 minutes walk to Bethnal Green tube (central line)
We’re looking for a single tenant only and aren’t able to consider couples or short-term enquiries. This is a long-term rental, as you’ll be taking over the lease from a housemate who is leaving. The contract will run from February 2026 to November 2026, after which the tenancy renews in November and is typically renewed on a 12-month basis. We are ideally looking for someone who wants to stay long term and is wanting to make a house feel like a home.
The whole flat is fitted with mod-cons and has recently been fitted with new radiators. It is a very generous sized flat with 1 bathroom with shower/bath and toilet, 1 separate WC, 1 kitchen with dishwasher and a large lounge/dining area. There's also a communal courtyard and bike storage.
As you will see from the above, the location is ideal and also has excellent bus/Tube and Overground connections.
Current housemates work in design and the e-mobility sector - we work 9-5ish (but it goes without saying, you don't need to work the same hours). It's a quiet, calm household. We keep the house in an immaculate condition and like living in a clean and homely space. We are looking for someone who is easy going, like-minded and tidy in equal measure. We are not a party house, but we do like to sit and watch tv/films and play games together on an evening.
NOTE: The room is on the road-side of the flat, so there is sometimes traffic noise, therefore, not suitable for someone who is a super light sleeper!
We are keen to meet you beforehand so you have a chance to look around and get a feel for the place (and us)!
The rent amount comes with the double bedroom and separate office/studio space. Bills come to around £125 per month.
