Double Room With Private Bathroom And Terrace

It’s Yamika and Isa here, and we are looking for a third flatmate to move into our spacious and light house, situated between Bethnal Green and London Fields.

🤩About the room and bathroom:
We have one double room available on the top floor. It gets gorgeous lights and it has a spacious terrace overlooking a quiet street. The bedroom is furnished or unfurnished, based on your needs. Next to it, you will have your own bathroom, which is new and beautiful. The room is available from 15th March.

👯 About us:
We are Yamika (32) and Isabel (29) - Yamika is doing her PhD and working at the university, while Isabel is working in academia too. We are busy people, but we also enjoy spending chill evenings at home.

🏡 House vibes:
We are social and laid-back people. We love music, films, art, dancing and occasional gatherings with friends, but also like creating a peaceful and chill space during the week.

The house has:
✨ a big size common area, including a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and working area (for you if you tele work as we only do that occasionally)
✨ a balcony in the first floor and a terrace in your future room
✨ two bathrooms: one shared by Yamika and Isabel and another one fully for yourself
✨ the house has three rooms and two bathrooms

😍 Location:
We are in the best area of London, between Bethnal Green tube station (10 min walking) and London Fields. The area has many pubs, restaurants, coffee spots, supermarkets, markets (Broadway Market, Columbia Road) and parks (Victoria Park, London Fields and Haggerston Park, with Hackney City Farm). It also has great public transport (Bethnal Green station, Cambridge Heath (5min), Hoxton (10 min) and multiple bus lines)

Rent: 1,600£ + utilities and council tax (around £150)
