Cosy Victoria Park flat - Double Room

We have a bright double room available in our canal-side flat and are looking for the right person to come join us (and complete the household).
The flat is in a very good spot — right on the canal next to Victoria Park, with the Sunday market just a few minutes away. Great for walks, accidental long walks, coffee breaks that turn into brunch, and chilled weekends.

About us:
We’re two working professionals (publishing + finance) and a close flat. We genuinely like spending time together — watching films, playing games, heading to the pub, or spontaneously deciding it’s a “boogie night.” We’re social and chatty, but also very respectful of space and totally understand the need to recharge and disappear into your room for a bit.
Things we like to do together as a flat:
Watch films & TV (and get far too emotionally invested)
Play board games and video games (rules may be re-explained mid-game)
Head to the pub for “one drink”
We like having friends over now and then, but we’re definitely not a party flat — more cosy, chaotic-good energy.

About you:
We’re looking for a friendly, sociable soul who wants to be part of the flat and enjoys hanging out, but also values downtime and personal space. Ideally LGBT+ and preferably a working professional, though students are very welcome too.
