Room in friendly gay bethnal green flat

About us: One Australian and one NYCer living in bethnal green. One works from home a few days per week, other is IRL every day. Both like to have a drink and a chat in the evening, and maybe go out for a dance on the weekend. We're both gay guys, and likely looking to live with the same.

We are planning on moving to south london around the end of July, and ideally would be great to have someone who may want to move with us. Flat is available on June 8th, so would have close to two months minimum at current flat.

About the flat: flat is on the first floor and is accessible by both stairs and an elevator. Kitchen and living/dining room are spacious, with a small balcony attached. The couches are ugly but super comfortable. We occasionally will have a few friends round and the space never feels cramped.

Upstairs, the room we are advertising is small but comfortably fits a double bed and a desk. Espresso machine in the kitchen is communal.
