Large room available in airy, light-filled flat

Hello! We’re Dominika and Molly, and we’re looking for someone to fill a room in our gorgeous Bethnal Green flat.

About the room and flat:

* The room is £980, bills are not included. It’s a large room with plenty of space for storage / desk etc. The outgoing tenant is looking to sell some furniture to whoever moves in: the bed, mattress, both dressers, the coat rack and the little armoire (but if you don’t want these, that is not a deal breaker as they can be sold elsewhere!)

* Location: Right in the centre of Bethnal Green, 7 min walk to Victoria Park, 5 minute walk to Bethnal Green station on the central line.

* On the fourth floor with great views of the surrounding area.

* The whole apartment gets a lot of light, is quiet and generally has a really lovely cozy vibe.

Who we are:

We’re busy professionals, Dom is an architect and Molly is a paralegal. We’re both into movies, art, seeing friends - the good stuff!

What we are looking for:

We’d love to live with someone friendly, chilled-out and tidy (we take it in turns weekly to clean the flat). Just someone who is generally a nice vibe to be around and willing to pitch in to keep the space lovely. We’re both sociable but enjoy keeping the flat as a calm, relaxing space.

We would also ideally be looking for someone who doesn’t work 100% from home as we do not.
