Flatmates
- You’ll be living with three easy‑going young professionals who are into sports (especially football), friendly, and easy to get along with. This was my first place in London and they made me feel really at home and welcome. It’s a perfect spot if you want a relaxed but enjoyable atmosphere.

Bills and practical bits
- Wi‑Fi: £8 per month.
- Water, gas and electricity: paid separately and subject to usage (approx 60-80 a month)
- Landlord is very responsive and helpful, so things get sorted quickly.
- Move‑in date is super flexible and I’m looking to arrange this soon so we are likely make timings work.
- You’d be taking over my contract which can be renewed in September.
