Hey everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m relocating closer to my office in West London.

We currently have 1 double room available in our flat in a really great location.

• 10 mins walk to Brick Lane
• <6mins to Bethnal Green (Central Line)
• <8 mins to Cambridge Heath (Overground) & Hoxton
• 15 mins to Shoreditch High Street
• 5 mins to Columbia Road Flower Market
• 5 mins to a big Tesco
• Loads of great cafés, brunch spots, pubs and cheap veg shops nearby

Honestly, the area is amazing and super convenient.

🏠 The Flat

The flat is relaxed and feels safe.
It’s not a party flat, but we do hang out sometimes or go out together. Everyone respects each other’s space.

Current flatmates:

• One restaurant manager

🛏 The Rooms
• £850 per month + bills
• Bills are usually around £30 in summer / £50 in winter (approx.)
• 1-year contract (you can move out earlier if you find a replacement)
• Available from the beginning of April (flexible, we can discuss)

My room:
• South-facing, very bright
• Nice open view
• Access to a small escape terrace you can step out onto

After viewings, if you’d like to take the room, I’ll hand everything over to the property agency and they’ll proceed with referencing and contract transfer.
