Sadly I am going to leave my lovely flat which has been my home for more than 2 years to move in with my partner

The room is a double, fully furnished bedroom. It has a very big window with plenty of natural light, lots storage space with both an inbuilt and a freestanding wardrobe. And if you work from home, do not worry. The room can also fit a desk!
The rent is £900 pcm, bills not included, with a move in date on the 1st of April. The tenancy is rolling, so there is flexibility on the length of your stay, but the landlord would prefer someone who can commit to at least a year tenancy.
The flat comprises of a common living room space, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a lovely balcony.
The location of the flat is perfect, with lots of amenities just around the corner. Victoria Park is just 5 minutes walk, and bakeries and restaurants just a few minutes walk from the flat. Broadway Market, London Fields and the iconic Columbia Road Flower Market are all less than 20 minutes walk.
As for transportation: Cambridge Heath Station, and buses to Oxford Circus, Victoria Station, the City are all within 5 minutes walking distance. And Bethnal Green station (Central Line) is 10 minutes away.

You would be sharing the flat with two lovely girls, both professionals. Olivia, is a Canadian journalist and Lili, an American account manager, both working in the sustainability sector. You will find them friendly and welcoming, tidy and respectful.
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a friendly home, preferably a professional. A tidy, considerate flatmate who enjoys time in the house, sociable, easygoing, but who is also respectful of other people's spaces. Extra points if you love plants and baked goods!
