I have lived in this flat for 2 years and loved the location, the only reason that this flat is up for grabs is because my visa is ending and I’m planning to move home!

🛏️ there’s an open space with kitchen/living room, and you’ll have bathroom which you’ll only share with 1 other person! Also, there is a terrace upstairs, perfect for summer wine/coffee/chats with friends.

🛍️ sainsbury within 9 min walk, huge tesco express that has everything you need opposite the house.

🏋🏻‍♀️ puregym approx 7 mins away, or power
Lifting gym called muscle works also 7 mins away.

There’s a park next to us and Victoria park 15 mins walk away, Colombia road market 10, bricklane 15!

You’d be living with Sarah, Andy and Robbie, very friendly, sociable and super chilled people (26-30 years old).

Rent - £962.50 - only increase in Feb so won’t be increasing for a while
Water £37pm, £9.25 each
Council tax £187, £46.75 each (due to reduce)
Internet £23, £5.75 each
Gas & Electric depending on months, but normally around £35-40

The room is not furnished so you can either buy the furniture off me or furnish it yourself 🙂

Flexible move in dates, ideally first or second week of May!
Preferences: someone similar age to us! Who friendly but also enjoys your own time! Able to join us when we have social gatherings xx
