Cosy double room in Bethnal Green near Vic Park!

Our flatmate is moving back to NZ, and we’re looking for someone to fill the room in our flatshare! We’re based in Bethnal Green right next to Vic Park (2 min walk!) and a 10 min walk to Bethnal Green underground station / 15 min walk Cambridge Heath Overground. Bus lines closest to us are 8, 26, 55, 277, 425, 388, 106, 254, 309. There’s also a Santander Bike Share right below us. We love this area, it’s very central and close to great pubs and parks.

It’s available from May 17th and is on a month-to-month contract. You’ll be living with 3 other lovely housemates, who have lived together for up to this past year and have worked to make it a friendly, homey space. We’d love to find someone who fits in to this vibe 💛

A bit about the room:
£761 per month + bills which usually come to about £100-120
**Note: £950 security deposit

This cosy double room is furnished with a bed, bedside dresser, and a storage cube shelf but unfortunately can’t fit a desk so wouldn’t be suitable for someone WFH!

A bit about housemates:
British (F), American (F), and Lithuanian (M). Everyone’s late twenties, two full time employed in film production and marketing and one post-graduate student! We love to catch up, have some wines and spend time together at pubs and the park. We’re looking for someone who is a clean, considerate, friendly and relaxed. LGBTQ friendly of course.
