Furnished double room in Bethnal Green Flat

We’re looking for a friendly, like-minded professional to take a bright and spacious double room in our 4-bed flat in Bethnal Green.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe and still has plenty of space for a desk, making it ideal if you work from home. It’s a comfortable, good-sized room with flexibility to make it your own. You’ll be sharing a bathroom (separate toilet and shower room), so limited morning queues!

The flat has a really nice homely feel, with a shared living room where we often hang out in the evenings, plus a separate kitchen with everything you need. We’re on the first floor and there’s a lift, and we also have a secure external corridor where we keep our bikes.

You’ll be living with three male professionals who all get on well and have a great balance between social and independence. We enjoy cooking together, watching films, or heading to the pub now and then, but it’s not a party flat - everyone also has their own routines and friendship groups.

The area is honestly great! We’re:
• 7 mins to Bethnal Green (Central Line)
• 4 mins to Cambridge Heath (Overground)
• 10 mins walk to Victoria Park - amazing in the summer, but a good running
route all year round!

There are loads of great pubs, bars, and restaurants on the doorstep, plus a Tesco Express 2 minutes away and bigger supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Lidl) all within a short walk. You’re also perfectly placed between Columbia Road, London Fields / Hackney Central, and Victoria Park / Hackney Wick, so there’s always something going on nearby.

We’re looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and up for the occasional chat or shared dinner, who wants a place that feels like a home rather than just a room.
