Spacious double ensuite room in Bethnal Green

Hi - I'm Hamza, I'm 31 and from Essex. I recently bought my flat in Bethnal Green.

About the flat:
It is 2 bed, 2 bath with a big open plan living area. It is located a 4 minutes walk from Bethnal Green underground and overground station and 10 minutes from Whitechapel underground station. There is a Boris bike stand 1 minute away, a large Sainsbury’s 10 minutes walk and a 15 minute walk into Shoreditch/Liverpool Street. There’s a PureGym 30 seconds from the flat. I love Bethnal Green and the local area so someone who is equally interested in exploring the area would be good.

What I'm looking for:
I’ve had a friend live with me for the past 6 weeks and it’s been fun and I'm looking for a similar vibe. I’m looking for a working professional who’s in the office at least 3 days a week.
I wouldn’t describe this as a party flat so less hosting/late nights. No drugs or smokers (no judgement!).
The flat is best suited to 2 people so partners/plus ones would be infrequent visitors rather then often.
I'm looking for someone who prefers to be out and about (active) who likes to run, gym and has a social life outside of the house.
I am down for spontaneous drinks / cooking dinner together but a nice, relaxed atmosphere where both people's space and rest is respected. The house is suited to hosting friends or civilised dinner parties.

About me:
I like to run 3-4 times a week, gym 4-5 times a week, see my friends 3-4 times a week. I am quite tame during the week and in turn have a busy weekend with friends. I enjoy cooking for people and spontaneity - drinks, eating out etc.

Boring stuff:
I’m looking for someone to move in 1 July (can be flexible). Bills are set at £200 a month each (total for the room is £1,300). Looking for a minimum of 6 months with a view to extend if both parties are happy.
