Double room in Bethnal Green! Rent is £836 a month + bills (bills come to about £90). We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks and the flat is kept clean and tidy. It comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, table and chest of drawers. There are 4 rooms in the flat a separate kitchen, shared living room, toilet, bathroom with a bath shower and a balcony. It’s a very chilled flat and we have our own lives but we are always up for chilling in the lounge and watching some TV or going to pub quiz together.

Amazing location, the flat is opposite Victoria park (1 minute walk) and is a short walk from Bethnal Green tube station and Cambridge heath station.

Flatmates:
Current flatmates are Josh (22), Ash (34) and Harrison (26). All flatmates are professionals so will be out of the house most days of the week. Josh works as an architect, Ash works as a manager for a delivery company, and Harrison is a Electrician.
