Sunny Apr-May Sublet Broadway Mkt Hackney

Hiii! I am looking for a subletter for my room in our house right off Broadway Market for 23 April to 11 May (dates flexible🌟). The location can’t be beat: it’s only a minute from Broadway Market and London Fields, and the nearest overground (Cambridge Heath) and tube (Bethnal Green) are 10 and 18 minutes away.

The room itself is quite large and bright, with a comfortable bed, big window, plenty of storage space (all of it will be emptied out for you) — you can really make yourself at home here🪴 The house has 1.5 bathrooms shared among the four housemates, a lovely large kitchen/living area, and a back patio!

We were all friends from uni before moving into this house, so the you’ll be staying in a super friendly and positive house. The three lovely girls you’ll live with are Audrey, Elyse, and Kennedy — they’re all in their early 20s, in the arts, outgoing, sweet, and very fun (won’t say no to a pub night), but are also clean and respectful of your space! Very much hoping for a similar vibe🥂

The price for the 23 April-11 May period is £850 (all bills + wifi included), but we can work out a different price if your dates are slightly different!
