This is a uniquely beautiful light filled flat which boasts a sauna, conservatory and a sun drenched garden. The room fits a double bed (currently without but can purchase on request) and comes with plenty of storage.

The flat is high spec having been redone a few years ago, and comes with a private sauna which is housed in an annex in the garden. There is a small third bedroom which I'm leaving unrented and can be included as a private study for an extra £100 per month.

I'm the flat owner and am very easy going/ sociable. I'm looking to replace friends who have recently moved out. I really value not just a flatmate, but someone who I get on with given the close quarter living.
