5 Week Sublet in Bethnal Green

I'm going to be travelling for 5 weeks over mid-June to mid-July and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in our lovely Bethnal Green flat for at least 4 weeks of that time. The room is fairly spacious, with built-in storage space. You'll be living with my two good friends - Huon (28) and Kene (30). We're looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and keen to join for the occasionally house dinners!

The flat is located close to Bethnal Green underground station - walking distance to Whitechapel and Bethnal Green overground. Lots of nice cafe's and bars around too! The flat itself is 3-bedrooms, one dining room and one living room, alongside a terrace and balcony. There is a shower + toilet upstairs as well as a separate toilet downstairs. I'm just looking for someone to cover the rent (1050pcm) and I'll cover the bills.
