The Room
Spacious double with a large window beside the bed, a full wardrobe, wall-mounted storage, under-bed space for large containers, and a desk with chair.

The Flat
The living room is the heart of the place, big sectional sofa, ceiling-mounted projector, surround sound, and a large bookshelf. The bathroom has been renovated with marble-effect tiling and a walk-in shower (with its own TV you can stream on). Kitchen has an induction hob, washing machine, and enough counter space to actually cook.
There's also a private garden out back with a space for 2 bikes. There is also a rear entrance as well so you don't have to walk your bike through inside.

Bills
All-inclusive bills split between flatmates, never more than £100/month each. Water, gas, electric, broadband covered.

The Area
7 minutes walk to Brick Lane. Transport options are genuinely excellent:
Shoreditch High Street (Windrush) — 10 min walk
Bethnal Green (Central line) — 13 min walk
Bethnal Green (Weaver) — 7 min walk
Whitechapel (Elizabeth, District, Hammersmith & City, Windrush) — 12 min walk

The Flatmates
A friendly bunch who enjoy watching things together in the living room, but equally respect your space if you want to keep to yourself. No drama, just good vibes.
