Welcome to our cosy flat!
We are looking for a new flatmate who is friendly, independent and respectful and somebody who is eager to make the flat their new home and actively participate keeping all communal areas clean and tidy. This is a non-smoking flat.
The flat is totally exterior and on the second floor. It is located just 30m from the Bonners Gate entrance to Victoria Park. Short walk to Bethnal Green Tube Station and Cambridge Heath Overground.
The area also has loads of bus connections, bars and restaurants nearby.

It is a four-bedroom flat, with a large and bright living room, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and has plenty of storage space), and two bathrooms.

Room comes fully furnished with bed, mattress, desk, chair, chest of drawers, large mirror, large wall shelf, free standing storage unit and built in clothes rail. There is flexibility to change/remove furniture depending on your needs.

The rent is due on the 1st of every month and paid directly to the landlord.

The deposit is one month’s rent and will be held in the Deposit Protection Service until you leave the flat.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly house. You will be living with two creative European professionals working in the museum sector: Ruben, 36 (he/him) and Sofia (she/her), 34 and Henry (he/him), 34 who works in Sales and Music.

We are looking for a professional housemate, preferably in their late 20’s to mid 30’s.

Viewings will take place between 16-19th of June.
