Seeking a new housemate for our bright flat tucked between Roman Road, Mile End, and Victoria Park.

THE SPACE
The flat features an open-plan kitchen with a great view of the city and a spacious, sociable living room. The room comes with a wardrobe & double bed. Amenities around the flat include: Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, Fridge, and freezer.

THE AREA
The location is arguably the best part of the deal. You could easily spend your entire weekend within a mile radius:
* Green Space: 5-min walk to Victoria Park; 20-min walk to London Fields.
* Transport: 5-min walk to Bethnal Green Station (Central Line/Overground).
* Area: Right by the shops and cafes of Roman Road and the nightlife of Bethnal Green.

We are creative professionals who enjoy a relaxed, clean environment. While we’re a sociable bunch who hang out in the evenings, we also respect each other's space.
* Current Tenants: One couple and one individual (3 total).
* WFH Status: Two of us work from home the majority of the time, so we are looking for someone who primarily works out of the house.

DETAILS:
To keep things running smoothly with one bathroom and our current lease agreement, please note the following:

* Income Requirement: Applicants must earn £27k+ or have a solid UK guarantor.
* The Contract: This is a joint tenancy (one single contract) for the whole flat, not a room-by-room let. You will be added to the existing lease, which is 1yr rolling.
* No Couples or Students.
* Cleanliness: We’re looking for someone who naturally keeps communal spaces tidy.
* Our current bills sit around the £70-£80 mark.
* To secure: 1 month’s rent for the deposit + the first month’s rent&bills + £78 admin fee (from letting agent).
