Seeking female flatmate top floor apartment

Hello! We are looking for a flatmate replacement in this top floor centrally located flat.

About the room:
The room is a double furnished room. Decently large closet space and shelving. Bed and desk are included. Large window.

About the flat:
The flat is located within 10 min walk to Bethnal Green Tube Station (central line) and 5 min walk to Bethnal Green Train Station (Weaver line). It is a top floor flat (floor 3), overlooking Weavers Field park, with a great view of the city centre (ie the shard, gherkin etc) and even Canary Wharf! The flat is reasonably quite and peaceful despite being situated just behind Bethnal Green Road. The location is perfect, as there is a large Tesco practically right outside, and many shops right around the corner. The flat is kept very well, with any repairs being quickly fixed by the agency. Apart from the bedrooms, the flat has a common kitchen, full bathroom (with bathtub) and living room. There is also a nice balcony space and shared terrace (which is shared between three flats).

About the other flatmate:
You will be sharing the flat with another female (31 years old) professional working in the fashion industry. Very laid back and easy going, with an interest in sports and travelling. Seeking a clean and respectful roommate, with no parties and minimal guests (as it is not a large flat)

The agent requests references and the full deposit plus one months rent paid before move in.
