Double room in peaceful 2 bed flat Bethnal Green

Looking for a flatmate !

I've been living in this lovely flat since September and am looking for a flatmate for the second bedroom - myself and my partner turned it into a second room when we moved in but now he's moving to Germany for work!

£1125p/cm +bills (around £122 a month, incl council tax, band b).

The flat:
- Good sized living room with lots of natural light throughout!
- Separate kitchen with microwave, oven, kettle, washing machine etc
- Separate bathroom and toilet (with bath)
- Top floor (3rd floor)
- Balcony from living room
- Wood floors throughout
- Nice and quiet
- 8 min walk to Bethnal Green Tube - Central Line!!

The room has:
- Natural light (west facing, so very light in the afternoon)
- Wood floor
- Double bed + mattress (the bed frame is currently stored but will be in there)
- Wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Space for a desk
- Table
- Wardrobe rack (if useful!)

Me:
- I've lived in East London for 3 years, and love it - I love to go the theatre, have dinner with friends, go to talks and exhibitions, go to warehouse clubs every now and then
- I love to read, I cook (I'm mostly vegan, but I do eat some fish), I like getting in creative pursuits around my job. I'm a policy advisor on EU stuff in the civil service
- I work from home twice a week
- Sociable, really happy to have a nice shared space with friends over for dinner etc

Who I'm looking for:

- Hoping to find someone where we get on! I'm out and about a lot but it would be nice to make time to have dinner or hang out every few weeks
- must be a professional/ have income because the landlord requires referencing
- Someone tidy and clean in the shared spaces
- Someone who wants to stay at least 6 months
- Someone happy with quiet from 11-7 on weeknights (I work 9-5)
