Hey! I’m sadly moving out of my gorgeous East London double-room flat, with a large en suite and private balcony. Looking for someone to takeover the lease. We’re right on the canal and moments from Victoria Park, with amazing views. 🌳🌟

🏡The Place: It's a 3 double bedroom, 3 bathroom modern flat with 2 balconies, overlooking the canal. Comes with a modern living room and kitchen in a well kept building with 24 hour concierge moments from Victoria Park. The views of the canal, park and London skyline are spectacular!

👯‍♀️The Housemates: You would be living with Georgia (a social worker from Australia) and Izzy (a web designer). The girls are looking for a sociable house where you hopefully become friends not just housemates. We like watching TV together, playing Mario Kart and enjoying a bev on the balcony.

📋The important stuff:
* £1110 per month without bills.
* Approx £140 for all bills per month including Council Tax.
* Move in date ASAP.
* You must earn more than £32,000 in full time employment (or have a contract of employment for the next 12 months) or have a UK based home owner as a garantuer in order to pass referencing.
