🏡The Place: It's a 3 double bedroom, 3 bathroom modern flat with 2 balconies, overlooking the canal. Comes with a modern living room and kitchen in a well kept building with 24 hour concierge. 5ish mins walk to Victoria Park. The views of the canal, park and London skyline are spectacular!
👯♀️The Housemates: You would be living with Georgia (a social worker from Australia) and Izzy (British gal in UX). The girls are looking for a sociable house where you hopefully become friends not just housemates. We like watching TV together, playing Mario Kart and enjoying a bev on the balcony.
📋The important stuff:
* £1110 per month without bills.
* Approx £140 for all bills per month including Council Tax.
* Move-in date: As soon as possible, pending approval of the lease takeover.
* You must earn more than £32,000 in full time employment (or have a contract of employment for the next 12 months) or have a UK based home owner as a garantuer in order to pass referencing.
* 15 mins walk to Mile End (Central, District, Hammersmith & City, Circle Line) and Bethnal Green (Central Line)
* 5 minute walk to Victoria Park
* Seconds from the canal
* Can do Zoom virtual tour/in person viewings
* Built in double wardrobe
* Room comes unfurnished but I can leave the bed if you’d like.
