We’re looking for a lovely, like-minded professional female flatmate to join our beautiful 3-bedroom flat near Broadway Market.
The room is incredibly bright and overlooks Regent’s Canal, with stunning sunset views every evening.

About the flat
This is a modern and spacious flat-share located at the end of Cambridge Heath Road.
Transport links are excellent:
* 2-minute walk to Cambridge Heath station
* 10-minute walk to Bethnal Green Underground station
* 15-minute walk to Hackney Central Overground station
* Plenty of bus routes nearby
The flat is also right next to Regent’s Canal, making it ideal for cyclists, and there is secure bicycle storage within the development.
The flat itself is spacious, with wooden floors and fantastic views over Regent’s Canal. We’re just a short walk from Broadway Market, London Fields and Victoria Park.
The living area is large and bright, with windows facing both east and west, meaning we enjoy sunlight from sunrise to sunset. It also features exposed beams and an open-plan kitchen, creating a lovely, welcoming space.

About the room
The room comes unfurnished. Georgia(who’s moving) will be selling her bed, mattress, desk and chair if you're interested.
The room is exceptionally spacious, full of natural light, and overlooks Regent’s Canal, making it a beautiful space with lovely sunset views.
The bathroom is shared with one person and kept very clean and tidy.

About us
You'll be living with two professional women Amal (30 years old) and Annabel (27).
We both work long hours and have busy lives outside the house. We are extremely clean and tidy and are looking for someone who shares a similar lifestyle.
Ideally, we're looking for a professional female flatmate (late 20s to early 30s) who is:
* Clean and tidy
* Respectful and considerate
* Independent
* Friendly, sociable and easy-going
Unfortunately, no students please.

Rent: £825 per month
Bills: Not included and typically range from £115–£230 per month (electricity costs are higher during winter)
Move-in date: 16th of July (flexible if it’s a bit earlier/later)
