Large double room coming available just off Hackney Road!

Our lovely flatmate Chloe is leaving us for a new chapter, so her room is becoming available on July 5th (not flexible).

You’ll be sharing the flat with 2 other girls, Nicole and Ali.

More about the room/flat:
- £742 pcm and £130 bills

- £792 deposit (deposit and first months rent to be paid on meeting the landlord)

- 10 minutes walk from Bethnal Green station (central line) and 5 minutes walk to Cambridge Heath station (overground)

- only 15 minutes to Victoria park and 5 minutes to Columbia Road, Regents canal and Broadway Market

- Very large semi furnished room (comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair - sofa and side table can be bought for an extra fee)

- Spacious kitchen and shared bathroom (sharing with just one other, as Ali has an ensuite)

- We have 2 chairs and a table set up outside on our small balcony/shared entrance if you would like to sit outside

- We unfortunately don’t have a living room, but this bedroom is big enough to fit a sofa etc if you want to make your own hangout space.

- Viewings will be happening this week due to a quick turn around - please only message if you can be available.

- Move in date is the 5th of July and is not flexible

Nicole, 27, teaching assistant from Greece, I like biking, chilling at a park, expressing creatively :) into dancing a lot, sometimes free parties in the forest, an easygoing soul, big in cooking 👩🏻‍🍳when the weather's bad you'll find me playing on my nintendo :) I love camping , hitchhiking, travelling.. also a geography & linguistics nerd 🤓 overall chill and respectful!

Ali, 31, events manager from Ireland. I love music and can usually be found at a gig a few nights a week. Outside of that I love cooking veggie meals, also photography, regularly go to the gym/pilates, big fan of a charity shop/garden centre trip and have recently taken up pottery!

We’re hoping to do viewings this week (June 23-25th) as it’s a quick turnaround.
