Very bright and airy, but makes for great ventilation in summer. Recently new fitted Kitchen (c.2024) and Bathroom (bathroom is still requiring some tiling to be finished). There is also a small living/dining room, and a balcony to the rear overlooking green space, and the entrance lobby has room to store bikes if you cycle. Bills are all included with the rent. Parking is available by permit on the road adjacent.

Amazing pub across the road, as well as plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance. Columbia Road Flower Market is a 5 minute walk away, Hackney farm is 5 min walk away, and Victoria Park is 10 min walk away. Excellent cycle connections - the location is unbeatable, and one of the best qualities of this flat.

About the housemates: You will be sharing with three others, 1 man and one woman, both working professionals, as well as another housemate moving into another room at the end of July. The man is a friendly and easy-going chap, while the woman generally keeps to herself.

This flat is ideal for those in full-time employment. No students - sorry :(
