Hi all!

2 rooms available in a large flat share in Bethnal Green. Looking for others who are interested in going in on a lease together. Probably would need to know of interest today or by latest tomorrow and we can all go view it.

It has an extremely large living room and kitchen, and so well connected. Right beside Bethnal Green and Whitechapel station.

Main and largest room is a large double with an outdoor balcony and en suite bedroom. It is currently unfinished but we could move the bed out of my room if that was preferred. Rent on this room would be 1200.

There is then a smaller bedroom, fits a double bed and chest of drawers. There is a storage room upstairs which I would be happy for the person in this room to completely own.

Looking for clean respectful people, who are also interested in making it a friendly household. I have always looked to have made friends with those I have lived with and have made some great friends in house shares. A little about me, im 32, Irish, have been in London for around 5 years now and have lived in various parts of east London.

I work in business management, so I usually working in the office, with maybe one day max working from home. In terms of my hobbies and interests, I love keeping fit and healthy! I have recently went back to Pilates as well which I am really enjoying. I love cooking and learning new recipes, and showing that off to people. So may be some free meals in there! I like to relax with a film or tv, the usual stuff really.

I am clean, tidy and respectful of other people’s space, it’s so important to keep the place clean for peace of mind in the home. I am also LGBTQ+ friendly and have lived with members of the community on 2 separate occasions.
