Double Room in 2 bed flat - Bethnal Green/Mile End

I’m looking for a flatmate to take the second bedroom in my flat in E2. The flat is a lovely 2-bed, 1-bath in a canal-side apartment building with a great size living/kitchen space and balcony.

The room itself is a large double with plenty of storage, space for a desk, and its own door out on to the balcony.

I’ve lived here for nearly three years and love the place (as does my current flatmate who is sadly moving out)! We have a great relationship with the landlords who are a really nice family who used to live here, so any issues are easily resolved.

The location is fantastic, right next to Regent’s Canal and Mile End Park, a 10 minute walk from both Victoria Park and Mile End Station. It is also super easy to get to Central London, as well as nearby Bethnal Green and Hackney.

A bit about me - I’m a young professional working in the city, usually in the office 3-4 days a week. Outside of work, I play squash, try to go to the gym most days, love music and going to gigs and am generally just down for a good time whatever it is!

So I’m keen to get to know whoever moves in, have a chat, and keep things friendly.
