🏡 The Flat

Maisonette split over two floors with a small outdoor space that’s perfect in the summer. Our landlord is really responsive and has a handyman on hand, so any issues get sorted quickly.

👋 About Us

You’ll be living with Kelly, Ryan and TP (aged 22–24), working in law, acoustics engineering and communications respectively. We’re a mix of two Southeast Asians and a Brit, and we’ve lived together over the past year. We have an easy-going dynamic and enjoy a chat in the kitchen or the occasional hangout, but are equally respectful of each other’s space and the need to wind down after work.

* Young professional (ideally 20–30)
* Preferably female to keep the balance of the flat, but we’re open
* Working full-time, or a postgrad student happy to pay council tax
* Non-smoker
* Respectful, quiet and considerate as one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor
* Not pet-friendly unfortunately :( (though I'd so want one)
