Looking for 2 lovely new housemates to join our 4 bedroom home ✨

Our current housemates are off on new exiting adventures and will be moving out on the 1st of September, leaving 2 spare double rooms available in the heart of Bethnal Green!

🤸🏾‍♀️ The house is 350m from Bethnal Green Underground Station. 5 minute walk from Victoria Park. Stones throw away from the vibey Camel Pub which serves great pies. Quiet, safe street with lovely neighbours. Mature garden to the rear of house perfect for BBQs (currently needs some tlc but getting there)

🏡 We’ve got a washer and dryer, a shared living room and kitchen space where we enjoy evening catch-ups, hanging out, watching shows/movies or a karaoke moment on the projector.
We love a Vicky park hangout on a weekend, going to gigs, on walks, catching a market or drinks at the pub.

🤭 Looking for someone who is also interested in this relaxed, social vibe while also having their own space to chill out. Someone who is open to becoming part of the house community (and a friend) is preferred :)

🛌 Cosy bright Double rooms - £875 (ground floor) and £925 (1st floor)

The rooms come furnished, the bathroom is shared with 1 other housemate (there are 2 bathrooms in the house).

💸 Excluding bills, which usually come to ~£50-100. The deposit is £981 (equal split amongst the house). Council tax £175 for the house (House is in tax bracket E)
