Spacious and light double room off the Hackney Rd

Hey! I am a 34 professionak looking for a friendly woman to share this flat with me. My sister is the owner and lives abroad and I have just moved in so pretty new to the area! I love good food, yoga, running (when I am in the groove haha), live music and going out for drinks and cocktails. And im general enjoy having a laugh and having fun!

The flat is council tax band B, and set across two floors (ex-council block), with a shared bathroom, separate toilet and well equipped kitchen (you are welcome to use my appliances!). The bedroom has a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bookshelf - all other furniture was the previous tenant's.

It is super well located- minutes from Columbia road flower market, Broadway market, London Fields, Dalston etc etc.

I work from home a couple of days per week maximum and ideally this would suit somebody who also works out of home most of the week but open to who is interested.

I would say I am friendly, sociable, clean and respectful and am looking for the same - happy to chill and chat, and equally give each other space when needed. I like cooking but during the week keep it simple - very happy to do some shared dinners and make the flat feel like a home.

Keeping a clean environment is pretty important to me, and I would be open to splitting the cost of a cleaner to help us keep on top of that side of things.
