Single room to let near Brick Lane & Bethnal Green

I have a single room (cozy to live in) in Bethnal Green close to the station (10mins walk) and bus (3mins walk). Nearby there is also Brick lane and Shorditch high street. Whitechapel is also 15mins walk and lots of shops nearby. Liverpool Street station is 6 mins by bus as well. Rent is 780pm with about 10 more for electric and gas.
I have a monitor, hairdryer, an iron, a drying rack, a yoga mat, a grocery shopping trolley and a steamer that I am happy to leave for whoever is taking over. If you don’t need it I’ll get rid of it before I leave.
The kitchen is very spacious and no one really cooks so you’ll be the sole owner of the whole kitchen kekeke. Everyone have very different schedules so I never had to fight for the toilet or the bathroom either. Plus the bathroom and toilet is separate so either way no need to worry. If you have quite a bit of stuff, there is an extra storage closet outside the room to store as well.
I live with three very nice and quiet people. No complaints at all about the room or the people. I just had to leave the country suddenly so I am looking for someone to replace me. A very nice area to stay in especially if you are working close by. A mini Tesco 3mins away, and a big Tesco 6/7 minutes away. Lots of Asian grocery shops nearby you’ll never get bored of grocery shopping!! A big park to rest during weekends and the GP is a stone’s throw away. Overall a very nice area to live in!!
