I am moving out of this lovely large room available in our friendly Bethnal Green flat. Sharing with three lovely girls. We are considering individuals and couples, although the rent would be the same for both.

Available from the end of August, deposit is £400. The landlord requires proof of income.

Available for viewings from this weekend (8-9 August) and the following week!

The Flat:
The flat is a good sized maisonette. There is spacious kitchen with new appliances and a dining table and couch—perfect for communal dinners. It also has a garden room which can be used for drying laundry, and a huge garden ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. There’s a toilet on the ground floor and a separate bathroom with a shower on the first floor, which has been recently done up.

The Room:
You’ll be getting a large room with tons of storage, a desk for working from home, and a comfy double bed. It’s got a warm, welcoming vibe and plenty of space to make your own. The landlord will be making improvements to the wardrobe before move in.

The area:
The flat has a great location just off the big Tesco's on Bethnal Green Road. You are super close to Bethnal Green Tube (central) and Bethnal Green Overground and only about 12 mins walk to Whitechapel (overground, district, Elizabeth line). It is a great base for East London. It's a nice stroll from the canal and Victoria Park, as well as London Fields, Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, Roman Road and Brick Lane.

The flatmates:
Everyone is super friendly. We like to socialise together and have shared meals when we can. Cintia is Japanese-Brazilian and works in a refugee charity. Eleanor is English, currently working in a local restaurant. Paola has been in the flat for 8 years and works for an eco conscious clothes store.

We are an open-minded bunch and are looking for someone who fits the same vibe—clean, respectful, and happy to join our relaxed, friendly home. Everyone has busy lives and does their own thing, but equally loves to stop for a kitchen chat or have a house meal. I am really sad to be leaving this space!
