The flat is a 3 bed, one bath (you’ll be sharing with my flatmate who is a 25 year old Canadian journalist who is tidy and respectful). One bedroom is larger and fits a double bed, closet, and desk and dresser for £950pcm plus bills. One bedroom is smaller but still have a built in closet and fits a double bed and could squeeze in a desk for £900pcm plus bills. Looking for young women who are working and like to keep the common spaces tidy.
The flat has a spacious lounge, updated large kitchen, and small balcony. It’s on the third floor of a building without a lift.
It’s in an AMAZING location right near Cambridge Heath overground and a 4 minute walk to Viccy P.
